Joanna Kinastowska

Joanna is a certified real estate appraiser, agent, and has run her own real estate business ever since she graduated from one of the top economic universities in Poland. She works with the biggest banks in the EU on a daily basis valuing properties, assessing mortgage risks, and consulting on real estate ROI. At Mysa, she is a team leader, responsible for strategy and communication.

Katarzyna Suszyńska, Ph.D.

Kasia is a researcher at Poznań University of Economics and Business (Department of Real Estate) with expertise in real estates. She is also engaged in promoting good practices on the rental market and social housing market through participation in housing market associations.

prof. Anna Szelągowska

Anna is a professor at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics (Collegium of Business Administration, Innovative City Department). She’s been a consultant to the Polish President, she is a respected figure at her school, and she has published numerous respected scientific papers on banking and real estate analysis. Her special interests include financial frauds detection and the functioning of commercial and cooperative banks in the fringe banking environment. She loves picking mushrooms and making delicious homemade preserves.

Maciej, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Poznań University of Technology. He’s written and contributed to numerous respected scientific articles in his fields of specialization which include: artificial intelligence, machine learning, optimization algorithms, and computer simulations (among others). At Mysa, he works on the algorithms and models which drive our AI-based property valuation and risk management.

Marcin Rzetecki

Marcin Rzetecki

Marcin is a Technical Blockchain Consultant and a co-founder of the Polish Blockchain Association that hosts the biggest blockchain and business-focused meetups in Poland. He is an active member of the Polish blockchain scene, where he works as an advisor, expert, and thought leader. He has more than 15 years of experience in the domestic and international IT industry, 5 years in Blockchain, a well-developed network of business contacts in the field of IT and blockchain.

Wojtek Kinastowski

Wojtek Kinastowski

Wojtek is a cryptographer and software architect. He got his master’s degree at the Poznań University of Economics and Business and got another degree in cryptography at the Poznań University of Technology. For many years he’s worked as a software architect in large-scale, commercial projects. He has published scientific papers at the IEEE and IARIA. He works on the backend of Mysa software.

Michał is a blockchain developer, advisor, Stockholm University graduate. A strong believer in the power of cooperation in the workplace. Michał regularly brings new ideas and approaches to the table. He is curious about the development of the Web 3 industry, which is essential to guarantee technological watch. Experienced working with various blockchain technologies such as: Ethereum smart contracts, Hyperledger Fabric, Hedera.

Jacob Marciniec

Jacob is the youngest member of the Mysa team. He is in charge of marketing and US relations. You may recognize him as a co-host of The Real Talk Podcast, our real estate-centered podcast. In his free time, Jacob likes doing projects across all STEAM fields.
